The breakfast offered a good selection of items. Staff provided helpful information about local attractions. My room had a terrace with both a table and chairs. It even included a swing.
The bathroom had limited space for personal items.

The location was acceptable, placing me within walking distance of key historical sites.
The room maintenance was NOTICEABLY lacking. The showerhead was broken and sprayed water everywhere. There were also missing light switches, posing a safety hazard. The terrace furniture was covered in bird droppings, a rather unhygienic sight for a breakfast area. Nobody seemed concerned to clean it.

the staff were helpful, and the location was convenient for sightseeing.
I was quite disappointed with the gym facilities because they were not functional. the sauna also cost an extra €20 per person, it felt a bit misleading considering the photos of included facilities. the room overall felt a bit dated and not well-kept, i did notice some wear and tear.

Perfect Holiday with Ottoman Traces

The hotel was ideal and very comfortable. I appreciated the appealing Ottoman traces combined with modern comforts. The maps and Melling art displayed were especially interesting. I found many precious sites easily reachable on foot.
The only place to sit for any order is the restaurant where breakfast is served.

The staff were always friendly and willing to help. They were constantly on hand to answer questions. They expertly advised on what to see, where to go, and how to get there. They did so with genuine enthusiasm and deep knowledge.

Our room had comfortable beds that really made a difference after long days. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace offered a sumptuous selection. The terrace provided amazing panoramic scenes, including the Blue Mosque and Bosporus below.
